If you are not satisfied with your product because of a defect, please make sure to contact us immediately. Our job is to make sure you have the best experience with cannabis you possible can. From time to time however not ever steak is perfect so It's always a bummer if somethings messed up. Returns can only be initiated within 24hrs of your original purchase with receipt. Please make sure to in order to complete a return by supplying the the original package and cannabis material to the driver when they get you either a product exchange. We do not offer full cash refunds but we will get you the product that you love if something is defective just give us a call.
Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges because the BCC are angry little people who think once the item leaves the shop that its no longer able to ever be put back on the shelf again even if its unaltered with tamper evident seal.
